What is V-Support?
We know that our customers may be great with their way around the complexity of modern vehicles, however, computers are another
matter!
As diagnosing most vehicles in today’s market require a computer based diagnostic system and/or a handheld diagnostic equipment that will eventually need to be connected up to a computer for updates… Not all of our customers are computer literate if something don’t quite add up.
Thankfully, as with the the V-Tech tradition for bringing the best customer support, technical advice and customer service… we bring to you the V-Support platform.
Basically, it allows us to remotely connect to your computer from our head office (yes, we take over your computer while you sit there in the comfort of your garage, relax, put the kettle on and watch your computer screen!).
This means;
- An end to frustrating step by step phone call guidance (which, if your not an expert with computers, is pointless!)
- Let our trained technicians solve the problem ‘point blank’
- Watch how we solve the problem for future reference
The first step would be to download the V-Support platform (which for some can be a mammoth task itself). Our friendly technicians will guide that first step with you, and once you’ve got it, sit back and let us deal with the problem!
